ARTISINAL PRODUCTS

All DOXHÉ leather bags & accessoires are handcrafted by Roshay in her atelier in Gran Canaria, Spain.
Each leather skin used to create the accesories is unique, so natural features of the leather such as stretch marks, vein marks and wrinkles may be visible. These features are an indication of the leather´s high quality, aside from adding to the uniqueness and charm of your luxury item.

As your accessory ages, it will develop a beautiful patina – giving it a vintage charm.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our products are made from full grain vegetable-tanned leather which allows your DOXHÉ item to last you a lifetime. To ensure this, it is important that you follow these reccomendations:

– Avoid direct sources of heat such as sunlight, radiators, heaters, hairdryers and overheated car interiors.

– Even though accessories are water resistant, do NOT submerge your products in water or let them get completely soaked with rain water.

– Avoid rough surfaces that may scratch the leather.

– Apply leather conditioner or wax atleast 2x yearly to avoid the leather from drying out.

– Avoid contact with grease, mud, dirt.

– Avoid overfilling your bag to maintain its original silhouette. Avoid rubbing your item against abrasive surfaces.

Handle your item with care | DOXHÉ is not liable for defects and / or damages caused by wear and tear.

All purchases include a dust bag to protect your luxury item from dust and humidity during storage.

SHIPMENT

All products are made to order. Upon order confirmation, production time takes 2-3 weeks for bags and 5 to 15 working days for other accessories. Once your product is ready, you’ll receive a fulfillment notice and a tracking number. Shipping is free. Currently we can only ship to the European Union, the Canary and Balearic Islands.

When placing your order please ensure that your billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

The courier company is responsible for the delivery and transport of your package, however we will try our best to assist if help is needed.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, contact us through our contact form  or through email at info@doxhe.com

Returns are possible under the following conditions:
– Customer has within 14 days of delivery to return the item(s)
– Custom made items cannot be returned.
– The item(s) returned must be unworn and include its dust bag and original box.
– Customer is responsible for any delivery fees for returned item(s). Please consider that shipping costs vary for each country.

Returns that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned back to you or a refund refused.

Any parcel returned after the stipulated time frame will be refused and returned to the sender.

DOXHÉ is not liable for the damage, theft or loss of the returned parcel.

Upon receiving the returned product, you will be reimbursed through your original payment method within 14 days. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.
